We had a bare area on the side yard and decided to add a deck and being a retired firefighter just had to have a fire related water feature. I used an old scooter holder and cut it up with the sawsall and grinder to use over the hole for the Hydrant base. The deck was ground level with almost every Ryobi tool I own to build that and the planter/seat and corn hole game!
