Craft Room Built-ins

I wanted to turn our spare bedroom into my Craft/Sewing Room. I've always wanted a bench seat with window and of course I need storage. So I started with a clean slate; I painted and put down a new floor. Then I got out my tape measure and sketch pad and went to work. For the past few years I've been asking for tools every Birthday & Christmas....My Hubby just laughs. This is the first project that I used my table saw on, that was a bit tricky cutting large sheets of plywood by myself but I got it done (I hate asking for help). I also realized that I hate crown moulding. But after I got it all painted, it was well worth the trouble. My husband, kids and all my family were amazed at how well built the shelving units were and that I done everything by myself. I even included a doggy bed under the bench for my spoiled Yorkie. I really surprised myself with this project...I've have never tackled anything this big before...Thanks to my Ryobi Tools I can do anything.

    • Thanks so much, I was pretty amazed myself. I had to work at night while my hubby was on graveyard, so I would say about 15 hours over several days.
