Needed to completely redo a kitchen because a previous "contractor" removed a fridge that had an ice maker in it and didn't properly cap the feed line. He crimped it and then it leaked for well over a year, ruining the drywall, floor, lower cabinets, and counter top, essentially destroying the kitchen from about counter level down. Luckily there were 6 layers of floor on top of the original hard wood floors that I was able to salvage. The plumbing and electric was rerouted. I also had to refit part of a door frame because the contractor hung the door on the cross section of the drywall. Then sand the entire bath tub down because the contractor painted the tub
