Complete Condo Renovation By Myself...

I was asked to remodel this truly disgusting old condo for an in-law of my fiance. Working on a fairly tight budget to do an entire re-model was not easy.
I did this bad boy all by myself (a girl). The only help I had was having my man hold the upper cabinets in the kitchen while I drilled them in. And of course having him help rip out the originals. That's a bit too much muscle then I am capable of...lol

Other than that the condo was completely gutted and replaced by me. I installed new flooring, painted everything (ceilings, doors, & walls). Hung new lighting, switched all the electrical plugs and switches with new ones. Re-did the fans. Changed all the lighting fixtures. Replaced 1 door and painted the rest of them. Louvers are no joke to paint, especially from blue :(

This place was a nightmare, Wish I had had my Ryobi tools when doing this at the time but I used all different brands of previous tools that I owned. This was a huge job for one person but I got it all done even with a flood through out and moving the previous peoples stuff all around that condo to work. (at the time they had already moved and had not set up a mover to come for their things...) This was a nightmare of a job.
