a dear friend saw my wife's sea chest and asked me to make one for him, I said no I only do one of a kind. I made this cedar chest for him, which is totally different than my wife's. My surprise was that it turned out great and my friend loved it and everybody that saw it wanted me to make one for them.

  • Your original design here is simply beautiful! The shelf tray on the inside is a really great element, too. Your friend can keep up with smaller items in the top- so much easier to access than if you'd left the trunk space completely open. What kind of material did you use on the lining?
