We have a small creek that runs along our property. We have always had a bridge of some kind to cross it however we decided to build something that we could enjoy more often. So, we built what we call a "Brizebo", part bridge and part gazebo. It is mostly built from reclaimed oak lumber that was on its way to the landfill. We love sitting on it and listening to the sound of the water running underneath us!

  • We love this Brizebo! Looks like it turned out to be a peaceful place for all to enjoy. How long did this project take you to accomplish? Fantastic work!

    • Thank You! I worked on it for a couple of weeks, in my spare time, so I have no idea how many hours it took to complete. It took longer to build the stone walls than the brizebo. :)
