Vinyl has become popular again with the college age crowd. I made a storage case for my son using my grandfather's cypress wood. It is personalized with his initials on front which happen to be J.A.M.(worked out perfect for a record box).

  • I don’t have any formal plans but I can send you some pics of the process if that will help. I used a vinyl record for measurements and gave 1 inch on each side. In retrospect I should have made it deeper to hold more records. Several of his college friends have asked if I could make them one but I told them they have to come and write down the steps as I go and sweep up,the saw dust.
