Made a sign with my daughters horse name on it to be put on the stall at the barn. Made with all Ryobi tools except for the belt sander. Used the 8-1/4" 18v miter saw to cut the wood, the 13" thickness planer to clean up the wood and trim it down a bit, 18v trim router and Ryobi router bit for the edges, 18v random orbit sander, 18v corner cat sander to clean and finish the router edges. Used a piece of flat bar stock clamped to the wood to do the letters, just clamped it where needed and ran the router base along the flat bar stock. Worked out pretty good and the daughter loves it. Gave it a red stain and a coating of NeverWet to make sure it was weatherproof and that's it.
