We are a small family that is growing. We have four kids under the age of 8 and my wife just got pregnant again. We had an atrium that was wasted space for us. I was simply going to put a roof over it and seal the room from the outside. As I started preparing the wall to receive the roof, I noticed the wall studs had water damage and were about 80% gone. So new wall, new roof, lots of new insulation, drywall, paint and the other misc items that go with it. The majority of the work done was with my (or my dad’s) Ryobi tools. Some work was done using other tools but those tools will be replaced with Ryobi 18V tools as soon as I am able.

  • So where did the back door get moved to?

  • It looks really nice. I am glad I buy tools for that helper you had.

  • Back Door went away. It only went to the Atrium so was not an actual exit point. There is another back door on the other side of the kitchen.
