Ash Dog Sled

This sled was made from a two tone ash log milled up with my Norwood PM14 chainsaw powered by a Shihl 038 Magnum II with a 25 inch bar and ripping chain. The wood was bent using a steam generator and forms. It was finished with my ryobi sanders and cut with my one plus miter saw. I used stainless steel screws and a min wax natural stain and Marine poly.

  • Very cool project. I don't see it getting much use here in Indiana, but love the idea. I really like you milled the wood yourself. Awesome.

    • Thank you so much for your kind words. My inspiration is my 7 year old granddaughter. Thanks again. The best to you and yours. PS. I put wheels on it for the spring, summer and fall monts. It's a double taker in 80 degree weather lol.
