My Granddaughter received an American Girl Doll last Christmas and wanted a doll house for it. The doll is 18 inches tall and standard doll houses are far too small. She needed a doll house and furniture to fit this large doll and wanted that for this Christmas. The house is 8 foot long and has 25 inch ceilings the bed and furniture was equally large. This Christmas I built her the doll house, bunk bed (she is expecting another doll to keep the one she has company) an armoire, a couch a sink, dining table and chairs. Santa brought her the bath tub and stove and refrigerator.

  • This looks more like an advanced project just based on time and size!!! I made my daughter a doll house once to fit all the plastic furniture sets she kept getting, that was 10 hours alone... It certainly did not come out as yours.
