DIY LOVE Marquee Sign

This project is for decor at my wedding and I love how it turned out. Incorporating the frame behind the wooden letters was a great alternative to other DIY marquee sign options where you have to try to hide all of the wires for the lighting behind each letter.

Hi JLR! This project was inspired by a blog that I follow - Shanty2Chic. Their project was for wall decor and they stained theirs naturally and it's really beautiful! Here is their plans for it:

I improvised a little bit and made ours a little smaller because we knew it wasn't going to hang on a wall but rather be table decor. I believe mine is around 3' long but you really can customize however you want with your sheet of plywood.
