Built-in Entertainment Center
Some friends bought a new flat screen that was entirely too large for their old entertainment center. They sat it precariously on top of the old entertainment center for a while which, of course, looked ridiculous. While mine and my buddy's wives were gone for a week he decided to get me to do something about the situation. I had never built an entertainment center from scratch before but I knew I had the right tools to do it. I used my Ryobi table saw and router the most. I also used my Ryobi cordless tools, including the drill, flashlight, orbital sander, auto-hammer, and most of all my beloved impact drill for pulling the screws in tight. I was pleased with the results especially as these were the first inset panel cabinet doors I have ever made. When his wife returned she was overwhelmed at all of the new storage she had for books and movies and quickly filled it to capacity.
