Fridge cabinet

This was a project my wife found on Pinterest and we wanted one as soon as we saw it. It's a tall, slender cabinet on 4 non-swiveling casters. It's made from the inexpensive 1x4 pine board at home depot and stained with a mix of cherry and dark walnut, with a coat of beeswax on top. The frame is constructed with 4 metal brackets, and is cut to be the height from floor to freezer-door top minus the heigh of the casters (in order to be level with the fridge height). The shelves are pocket screwed to the frame. I used the less expensive pocket screw jig home depot had (not kregg brand) and it worked great. In the future I would like to use my new ryobi router with a 3/4" dado bit to cut dados up the sides of the cabinet to receive the butt ends of the shelves. Then I assembled, and my wife stained. Two days later we applied a 2 coats of blackboard paint to the frame, and both sides of the back board. I didn't do the best job of masking for the blackboard paint so the lines aren't crisp. Maybe try painting first and then staining as a solution. Screwed in the casters. We were able to free up an entire cabinet with it. We used a long metal handle that just keeps resurfacing after 3 moves and finally found a use for it.
