      • Thank you very much.

    • Great idea and great job! I am wondering, how big were the jenga pieces you made? And how many dominoes did you make? Thanks!
      By Rev3:14, on May 3, 2017
      • Thank you! The Jenga pieces are 10 1/2 inches long. This is the size when you put 3 2x4 side by side. And the dominoes were 7" long from a 1x4 - 28 pieces. Hope this helps!

      By Debono466, on December 28, 2016

    • Awesome work! This is the kind of piece any pet owner would want. What kind of finish/sealant did you use?
By RYOBI Nation, on December 29, 2016
      • Thank you. I used 4 coats of polyurethane. Lightly sanded in between each application.
By rchampine, on December 29, 2016

    • You are cranking them out girl! This looks awesome !

    • Amazing work! You really nailed this one. Your finish looks beautiful- what color stain/sheen did you go with?
By RYOBI Nation, on December 5, 2016
      • Thank you! Stain was Gel type "Brizilian Rosewood" color and finished with a satin polyurethane. 3 coats was applied. Since my friend wasn't in a hurry we waited 24 hours between each applique. 220 grit light sanding was performed between each coat.
By rchampine, on December 5, 2016

    • Great work! Looks like a lot of work went into it
By terse, on December 5, 2016
      • Thank you very much. It took me about 3-4 solid days to do. I allowed a lot of dry time between the coats of poly for the finish!

By RYOBI Nation, on December 5, 2016
      • Thank you! We did some beanbag toss games as well. So fun!
By rchampine, on December 5, 2016

    • Did you build a carrying case or holder for yours? I find it a pain to move mine. I use ratcheting straps and find it to pretty heavy for my wife or kids to move.
By mrpip, on December 7, 2016
      • As luck would have it, I found a sort of luggage case that has wheels on it. I was able to take the flap and stick in my embroidery machine and embroidery their last name on it. The size was perfect to fit the game and the wheels were a bonus!!. On another project I built a carrying tote. I could only post 10 pictures so I didn't put those picture on here :-(.

    • Wow! What an amazing upgrade! This really looks great. Valuable tip about painting the edges of the boards before installing them, too- definitely a time-saving suggestion. The color you chose for the walls is just right. Congrats on a wonderful transformation. Looking forward to seeing the results in the kitchen and dining room!
By RYOBI Nation, on November 14, 2016

    • Thank you for the comment! I love my new transformed bathroom too. Next I will be posting how I upgraded my vanity to go with the new ceiling and walls....it never ends does it :-).

    • This is gorgeous! What a skillful use of pallet wood. This clock would look great in any room. It actually looks pretty awesome as a table top in the third image too!
By RYOBI Nation, on August 12, 2016
      • Thank you so much!! I did make a table top as well but didn't submit for this challenge, because the top I made out of reclaimed hardwood flooring. Doing this clock out of the pallet wood gave me that idea. Hope to be able to post that project someday ;)
By rchampine, on August 12, 2016

    • We'd love to see it! Thanks for sharing this with us!
By RYOBI Nation, on August 17, 2016

By rchampine, on August 17, 2016

    • This clock is amazing!! Love all the details. What did you use for the side trim and numbers?
By jgenow, on August 17, 2016
      • The side trim was actually a PVC lattice trim that you can purchase at any home improvement store. This was white and i painted black. The numbers were made out of metal flashing. I cut in strips and painted. I think the next clock I make I will leave the numbers natural color...always good to try new styles. Thank you for your compliment!

By NewmanFoley, on August 29, 2016

    • Beautiful work. It's rustic and stylish- and it looks like it's got plenty of room for a big sit-down dinner. Did you create the plan yourself?
By RYOBI Nation, on August 12, 2016

    • Thank you! The table is actually big enough to seat 8. We have had more around it too...lol. Yes the plans were a self design. The pallet wood actually came from France! Large equipment was shipped here from there and I was lucky enough to be allowed to get my hands on that great pallet wood!
