Used a 1x6 jig with the plunge router attached to it. Measured out the distance of the circumference of the circle, cut the appropriate length of 1x6, drilled a hole for the router bit, attached the jig to the bottom of the table, and round and round we went. The tabletop is made from 2x6s. It took about 6 passes.
