    Who could? I've started rounding over all the edges with a trim router just to give them more of a finished look. A cordless is definitely my next purchase. Hopefully an upcoming Tool Tuesday will have one in it. Thank you guys for the kind words, the support, and most of all the awesome tools!

    Thank you! It's painted. I use a vinyl cutter to make a stencil then paint the design on. That way I never have to worry about vinyl fading or peeling.
