Awesome work, and what a great movement you've stirred up among your friends! You did a great job leading by example, and your game boards look great! What technique did you use to apply the images?

Thank you! A cricket stencil machine was used! The stencil was applied to the wooden frame (which I had already painted the color I wanted) using a thin coat of Mod Podge. After this was dry I then applied several more thin coats of Mod Podge directly over the stencel (about 3 in total). Once it was completely dry the whole piece was then covered with several thin clear coats of lacquer.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to everyone for their nice comments. BPA Scott: Never tried until now! You have given me food for thought and inspired me to make a new project! We did it together: It takes several days to make one because of the dry time needed for each coat of paint or sealer! ;)

Nice job! These games are adorable. I don't know how anyone can say one is better then the other because they both rock! Hope your idea wins and I agree there is to much waste. I know that we could do something about it if we put our minds to work like you did.
