Steps
STEP 1
With a marker, trace out template onto the foam sheet. Then cut out the shapes using the Hobby Knife.

STEP 2
Spray adhesive glue along the sides to make a curve to fit over a shoulder. Use the heat gun to help the glue set faster.

STEP 3
Insert a sanding band into the rotary collet. Smooth out any rough areas on your foam shoulder piece with the rotary tool.

STEP 4
Apply another layer of the adhesive spray to help seal the foam material. Use the heat gun to help the glue set.

STEP 5
Apply paint to the foam shoulder piece.

On the back side of the shoulder piece, sand the areas with a rotary tool for where you would like the velcro pieces to go. Sanding off any debris, paint or glue to ensure the velcro will adhere.

Add the velcro pieces and the Faux Fur to the foam shoulder piece using the glue gun.
