Family Memories - Hand Made Christmas items

We believe in a hand-made Christmas - items made to last for generations, memories
and stories to be shared every Christmas.

Our family goes into the woods to find the biggest tree that we can. My husband and the
boys use a Ryobi Chainsaw to cut it down! Remember #1 estimate the felling zone (everyone and
everything needs to be out of the way!) #2 You're going to be cutting a notch on the “fall” side of the trunk.
The rule of thumb is to make the depth of the notch one-fifth of the tree trunk's diameter
#3 The felling cut should meet the point of the notch. Then yell TIMBER!

The ornaments are hand-crocheted by my mother. My
daughter-the-baker hand-making cookies from scratch. The hand-made card (different theme each year) from our family to yours. The 4th-picture (I told you the tree was big)! My daughter putting the angel on the top. You may notice our house timber-framing also in that picture -built by my husband-it only took about 20 years. It was built to last and we call it home.
The 5th-picture, what is Christmas without family? And Food-Laughter-Good Times!
Our TREE - there is a present under there for everyone who comes to visit during the holiday season....all are welcomed. And what is prayed for every year at Christmas (hint: You'll need Rudolph to help Santa navigate through it) - Give up? SNOW! Santa's snowy foot-print by the wood-stove is another family tradition (as well as leaving feed out for Santa's reindeer). The last picture - Merry Christmas to your family from ours. May your blessings be many - memories made and remembered each year. <3

Thanks for making trustworthy products Ryobi, the chainsaw is part of our family christmas story.
