Basement Storage Area Built

We moved into a newly built home in June of 2013. The basement included a 600 square foot unfinished portion. Upon closing on the home, I had materials delivered to finish the walls prior to building shelving for storage. I framed the concrete walls, wired for outlets and lights, insulated, sheetrocked, taped, and painted the walls prior to building shelving, a work bench, and hanging pegboard for tool storage. The job was completed in nine days before moving any furniture and boxes into the home. The shelving is solid and is in a climate controlled room that will be warm in the winter and convenient to access and work in throughout the year.
