Storage trunk

This trunk was made using my Ryobi Portable 10" table saw Model BTS-208 and my Ryobi 13" Thickness planer. I built it for my daughter to use on her front covered patio to store gardening and barbecue tools. It was made with pine wood stock and birch plywood panels. The hardware is from a specialty store as Home Depot does not stock them.
It is on casters and to make it less vulnerable to being stolen I put a chain onto it and lagged a screw eye into the concrete wall with a padlock,. Now someone would have to work to get it out.
I would estimate that I spent 90 hours including painting but without the main tools I mentioned I think it would have taken twice as long.
The Ryobi saw was my first power tool purchase and have I ever made use of it. What a nice handy saw!
The thickness planer is a lifesaver as I now buy rough wood and plane it to the required thickness that I need for the numerous jewelry boxes that I have made.
I love my workshop and could sure use another $2,500 worth of tools as supplies.
