Upstairs Deck

My old deck was rotting out, so I decided to re-build it using Trek Decking Materials also I added a Sunsetter Awning to the old decking. In order to close the awning I needed to "extend" the deck by 18" all around. My Ryobi tools were a life saver in getting the old deck boards and railing up. I put those down several years ago using 3" screws (countersunk), they didn't come up easily! The new deck has been an ongoing project, and as you can see, I am not finished with it. After getting the old deck boards and railing out of way, I reinforced the truss boards to accommodate the Trek Decking, which is very heavy.
