Another bathroom make-over/expansion

Bathroom renovation #2 for my house. The basement of my home had a very small "powder room" bathroom with a WC and sink, which I decided to expand to include a shower. My wife does long-distance running and a shower in the basement offers a convenient place for her to wash up before traipsing through the entire house (the agony of "de feet," sorry, honey).
The BEFORE plan shows the bathroom as it existed. I took the "tool nook" area (approxiately 3'x3') to one side to create the shower, and squared off the odd-shaped bathroom (taking a bit of space from the garage) to turn and fit the sink. Taking that small area had no impact on space for the car. I hired a contractor to do the "ground work," which included the new drain for the shower and relocated sink, and the associated rough-in plumbing. Everything else was pretty much there.
The AFTER plan shows the new configuration.
Since there are no windows (the bathroom is on the basement floor in the middle of the house) I ended up mounting the vanity on the wall and installing a light underneath to give it a light, airy, floating appearance.
