- Place washer on the screw with dome side pointing away from the head. Thread screw with the washer through buffing wheel arbor. Place remaining washer on screw with dome side towards wheel. Screw mandrel onto screw threads and tighten. Chuck directly into Drill Driver or into the SpeedLoad+™ all hex chuck. Turn drill on and apply desired compound sparingly to edge of buffing wheel. Lightly buff and reapply compound as needed until desired effect
